A 19 year old man with severe acne conglobata and ulcerated pyoderma gangraenosum-like skin lesions on the face was first treated with isotretinoin (Roaccutan((R))), then immunosuppressively with prednisolone, diaminodiphenylsulfone (Dapson-Fatol((R))) and mycophenolate mofetil (Cellcept((R))).
