Three pentacyclic triterpenes were isolated for the first time from resinous plant Manilkara bidentata. Ultrasound-assisted extraction with ethanol was chosen after a comparison of various extraction methods. Analysis of the extract was performed by HPLC with evaporative light scattering detection
