The present investigation was carried out to evaluate the antioxidant and cytotoxic activities of Pancratium triflorum Roxb and Molineria trichocarpa were collected from South Vagaikulam, Tirunelveli district, Tamil Nadu, India. The antioxidant activities of P. triflorum extracts were as follows
