assessment of BFRs and phthalates body burdens through measurement of these chemicals in maternal and paternal serum and urine, cord blood, breastmilk and neonatal meconium among several representative sub-populations

To examine associations between exposure to PBDEs and phthalates and (a) pregnancy complications, (b) anthropometrics at birth (i.e. birth weight adjusted for gestational age, ponderal index, head circumference adjusted for gestational age), and (c) cryptorchidism incidence, (d) maternal and infant thyroid function

To establish a bio repository of these media for future studies and to establish follow up methods for this cohort to later assess development and growth in the infants, toddlers and children

Carboplatin Chemotherapy and Involved Node Radiotherapy in Stage IIA/B Seminoma

PFS is defined as the time from registration until one of the following events occurs:
PD or relapse, defined as progression according to the modified trial-specific version of RECIST 1.1 or a rising level of the tumor marker beta-hCG over the ULN (value must be confirmed by a second measurement). Presence of non-seminoma germ cell tumor has to be excluded in the latter case.
Death from any cause.

AEs are collected from inclusion until 30 days after the end of treatment

AEs will be collected from 30 days after the end of treatment until the end of the follow-up phase
