OBJECTIVE
Bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaws is an increasingly recognized complication of intravenous and oral bisphosphonate therapy. Our experience suggests that mandibulectomy and free flap reconstruction is an effective treatment for patients with stage 3 and recalcitrant stage 2
