To assess the effects of Fusarium infection on the polysaccharides of winter wheat grain (Triticum aestivum L.), grain samples obtained from plants artificially inoculated with Fusarium culmorum were analyzed. Microscopy revealed obvious damage to the starch granules in the seriously infected
