A series of novel hybrid compounds obtained by the attachment of anhydrovinblastine, vinorelbine, and vindoline to thiocolchicine, podophyllotoxin, and baccatin III are described. Two types of diacyl spacers are introduced. The influence of the hybrid compounds on tubulin polymerization is reported.
