define occurrence of major-bleeding event with ISTH standard

detect deep vein thrombosis with ultrasound for the lower extremity, , ultrasound for the upper extremity, pulmonary arteriography or venography if necessary

define occurrence of non-major-bleeding or minor-bleeding event with ISTH standard, evaluate the relevant adverse drug reaction with NCI CTCAE 5.0

. They will be randomly allocated into two equal groups of 40 parturient each: Group 1: 40 preeclamptic parturient receive 20 mg rosuvastatin orally once daily.
Group 2: 40 preeclamptic parturient receive 40 mg rosuvastatin orally once daily

computer generated randomization will be conducted in a Women's Health Hospital, Assuit University. Neither the doctor "investigator" nor the participant "parturient" will be aware of the group allocation or the drug used. The study drugs will be prepared by one of the supervisor anesthesia (not included in the procedure, observation or in data collection)
