Normal saline (NaCl 0.9%) administration will start 10 minutes after anesthesia induction and maintained throughout the surgical procedure.

•The procedure:
The face will be washed thoroughly immediately before the procedure.
Disinfection with alcohol 70% will be done.
A topical anesthetic cream will be applied to the face and left for 30 minutes then it will be removed.
The obtained platelet rich plasma will be delivered by intradermal method using mestherapy needle.

Mannitol 20% (4.6ml/kg) will be administered 20 minutes before dura matter opening.

Hypertonic saline 7.5% (2ml/kg) will be administered 20 minutes before dura matter opening
