- Intervention: 'Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation - tDCS The patients will receive tDCS sham treatment. The patients will receive sham tDCS treatment over primary motor cortex. According to 10-20 EEG system, anode will be placed at left C3 and cathode at o contralateral F3. In sham stimulation the device only release flow current, in the first 30 s of session and in the remaining 30s in the end of the session, during 20 minutes.

The researcher will receive equipment already programmed by a research assistant, so the researcher who will deliver the tDCS to perform stimulation will not know the programed stimulation. Patients will be instructed to discuss aspects of treatment with the respective investigator. Two independent evaluators who will not participate in the consultations where guidance on the use of tDCS will be provided will be trained to make outcome assessments in follow-up. Patients will not be aware of the type of intervention received, since the sham condition produces a stimulus, but no expected effects. In order to study the level of the blinding, at each moment of evaluation, the patient will be asked about the type of intervention that he / she believes to have received (active or simulated), and about the degree of safety in the response, using a standardized questionnaire. DCEAS is a is a novel stimulation mode in which electrical stimulation is delivered on acupoints located on the forehead.
Six pairs of acupoints are used: Baihui (GV20) and Yintang (EX-HN3), left Sishencong (EX-HN1) and Toulinqi (GB15), right Sishencong (EX-HN1) and Toulinqi (GB15), bilateral Shuaigu (GB8), bilateral Taiyang (EX-HN5), and bilateral Touwei (ST8).

The following 6 acupoints will be used in LAS control: bilateral Tong-Tian (GB17), bilateral Shou San-Li (LI10) and bilateral Fu-Yang (BL59). Electrical stimulation will be only performed on bilateral Tong-Tian (GB17) and the intensities are adjusted to a level at which patients just start feeling the stimulation.

Least acupuncture stimulation

Each subject shall receive oral administration or venous injection or both with adjuvant or neoadujuvant chemotherapy regimens, as decided by clinical oncologist.
In clinical practice, the most commonly used Cytoxan-containing regimens include but are not limit to:

Acupuncture Prevents Chemobrain in Breast Cancer Patients

An Assessor-Blinded, Randomised Controlled Trial of Acupuncture to Prevent Chemobrain in Breast Cancer Patients

The Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) of corresponding dialects will be used as an objective measurement for subjects' cognitive function. Assessments will be conducted at baseline and every 2 weeks thereafter.

The Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Cognitive Function (FACT-Cog) of corresponding dialects will be used as a subjective measurement for subjects' cognitive function. Assessments will be conducted at baseline and every 2 weeks thereafter.

The European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire (QLQ-C30+BR23) and Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast (FACT-B) of corresponding dialects will be used for assessment on quality of life. Both of them will be used as the former focuses on physical function, while the latter emphasizes on emotional well-being. Assessments will be conducted at baseline and every 4 weeks thereafter.

As fatigue is a common co-morbidity observed in patients receiving chemotherapy, it will be measured using the Functional Assessment of Chronic Illness Therapy-Fatigue (FACIT-Fatigue) of corresponding dialects. Assessments will be conducted at baseline and every 4 weeks thereafter.

Adverse side effects will be assessed using Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy questionnaires (FACT-Taxane, FACT-BRM) of corresponding dialects. Assessments will be conducted at baseline and every 4 weeks thereafter.

To determine whether acupuncture can reduce the adverse effects of chemo-therapy treatment and therefore increase subject acceptance, subject treatment satisfaction will be assessed using Functional Assessment of Chronic Illness Therapy questionnaire (FACIT-TS-G). High sodium intake in the diet is recognized as a risk factor for hypertension development.
Essential hypotension population is advised to increase the sodium (at least 10 grams a day) and water intake (at least 2 liters a day), or as much as possible, several have taken Fludrocortisone (is not a exclusion criteria). Normal blood pressure population are advised to have a normal or low sodium intake. Physical exercise is recommended in both groups.
This registry is a good opportunity to test how important sodium diet is to induce hypertension, or if by the contrary adaptability could prevail over high sodium intake in this registry.

Consistent bradycardia in the ECG at the office and normal HR in the holter monitoring or the contrary.
There are patients with complaints that may be attributed to bradycardia, low blood pressure, hypothyroidism, or other entities.
Some patients very often have bradycardia in the ECG taken in the office and normal HR in the 24 Holter monitoring, the opposite is also possible.
Patients with bradycardia (without medication or physiological condition as exersice affecting heart rate) in at least 2 ECG (less 60 bpm) and at least 2 Holter monitoring will be analyzed,
Other variables to consider are:

The acknowledge of this phenomenon could have clinical implications in the diagnosis of sick sinus syndrome and physiopathological ones.

Bradycardia is the classical presentation form for sinus node dysfunction, mainly when associated with symptoms. Chronotropic incompetence is also a manifestation. Absence of medications with effects on the heart rate (HR) must be ruled out.

A non invasive, beat to beat BP monitoring, with the ability to measure BP, HR, Cardiac Output and Systemic Vascular Resistance (SVR) was started to use in the EHAR registry since May 2017. A description of this variables in the three BP groups will be collected in the data base (DB).
This will allow to characterize whether SVR and/or CO maintain BP. Until now BP levels are related with prognosis. In the prognosis model SVR and CO will be add them to know what matter the most: BP levels, SVR and/or CO? In the EHAR registry a collection of the variables recognized as a risk factor for several comorbidities are available to adjust in multivariable analysis.
