Nine patients with 16 symptomatic nonneoplastic congenital hepatic cysts were treated prospectively by ultrasonically guided percutaneous minocycline hydrochloride injection, and the usefulness of this treatment was evaluated. Seven of the patients had multiple hepatic cysts, and two solitary cysts.
