OBJECTIVE
To investigate the alkaloids in the roots of Dactylicapnos scanden (D. Don) Hutch.
METHODS
The compounds were isolated by various column chromatographic methods. The structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis.
RESULTS
Eight compounds were isolated and identified as d-isocorydine
