OBJECTIVE
To establish an UHPLC-DAD fingerprint of 30 batches of Miao medicine Disporum cantoniense from Guizhou, and to provide a theoretical evidence to evaluate its quality.
METHODS
The analysis was carried out on an Agilent Eclipse ZOR-BAX Plus C18 (100 mm x 2. 1 mm, 1. 8 µm) column with a
