This method of delivery will provide effective treatment of one or more of obesity, epileptic seizure, intracranial hypertension, glaucoma, altitude sickness, cystinuria, periodic paralysis, central sleep apnea, dural ectasia, fibromyalgia, neuropathic pain, central pain syndrome, nicotine addiction, alcohol addiction, cocaine addiction, and/or for enhancing or effecting cocaine-ingestion reduction, binge-eating reduction, and/or reduction of incidence of migraine headache onset, with an effective dosage amount that is a small fraction of known effective oral dosages.
