A topical herbal formulation for preventing and/or treating dyshidrosis (pompholyx), non-responsive to topical steroids. The formulation may also be used to treat contact dermatitis, eczema, palmoplantar pustulosis and skin infections incurred by invasive pathogens such as mold, fungus and bacteria.
