Non-lymphoid dendritic cells were isolated from normal and paratyphoid vaccine-stimulated lymph nodes draining the rat skin. They were studied using enzymecytochemical, immunocytochemical and electron-microscopical methods. These cells had an irregular outline and an eccentrically situated nucleus.
