The nursing attempt to organize the home environment for the experimental group will take 4 months. During this period, two home visits and two telephone calls will be made. During the first home visit, training will be organized to regulate the home environment. Temperature and humidity changes of the houses will be monitored during the operation with the heat-moisture meter device. During the first home visit, a temperature-humidity meter device, symptom log and temperature-humidity log tracking chart will be provided. Children in this group will be given an anti-allergic duvet cover. After 4 months, mothers' home environment arrangements, children's allergic rhinitis symptoms and quality of life changes will be examined.

The Effect of Nursing Initiative for Home Environment Regulation on Symptom Control and Quality of Life in Children With Allergic Rhinitis: A Randomized Controlled Study

Average quality of life score of children will be taken by using the Quality of Life Survey for 6-12 Years Old Children with Allergy in their Nose and Eyes. The scale includes scoring between 0-7. High average score indicates low quality of life.

The average score will be taken using the home environment evaluation form.this form was created by researchers.

Non-interventional Study A Multicentre Observational Study for Revaccination With Pollinex® Quattro in Patients With a Recurrent Grass Pollen Allergy

The CSMS consists of the six individual rhinoconjunctivitis scores for sneezing, rhinorrhoea, nasal pruritus, nasal congestion, ocular pruritus and watery eyes, the asthma scores for cough, breathlessness, wheeze and tightness in the chest as well as the score for the use of concomitant medication (oral antihistamines, nasal corticosteroids, oral corticosteroids, asthma inhalation spray). The symptoms and the use of drugs were documented in a diary: The symptom score was:
0=none, 1=mild, 2=moderate, 3=severe. Evaluation will be done for the peak of the grass pollen season, defined by those 30 consecutive days per center with the highest local grass pollen counts (according to Deutscher Wetterdienst Medizin-Meteorologie, http://www.dwd.de) measured in the nearest pollen count station in that region.
